As Kenyans continue to juggle busy schedules with personal well-being, experts believe the future of lifestyle in Kenya is heading toward a blend of modern wellness practices, traditional culture, and community-driven habits, proving that a balanced life is not a luxury, but a lifestyle worth cultivating.
